Leto in transfer makeweight?

Reports from Spain are suggesting that Rafael Benitez is about to send promising fringe player Sebastian Leto out on loan to Espanyol to help seal a deal in bringing in Albert Riera in a permanent switch.

Riera, 26, was previously linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur but nothing materialised throughout the January transfer window, so a switch is likely as he is reported to have been keen on a move to England.
