Waddle: No top four finish for Spurs

Former Spurs winger Chris Waddle says his former club won’t finish in the top four this season.

Waddle, now 47, told The Sun: “I just don’t think they are ready yet. Just because they have spent a lot of money doesn’t mean they are going to break into the top four.
