EGM Resolution defeated

After refusing a vote on the night by a show of hands from the shareholders and proxies present, the Everton heirarchy insisted on a poll vote based on shareholding that took over two hours to count. At the end, share ownership by the Board ensured that the small shareholders were smothered in a landslide, 26,553 shares voted against 622 in support of the resolution to end the exclusivity agreement with Tesco.
