That Joey Barton rumour just wont go away

Since we reported the Daily Mirror 'exclusive' about MON chasing Joey Barton, the rumour
has not gone away.

Several 'news' agencies have reported over the last few days that we are going to go back in for him as a long-term replacement for GB.

This assumes two things; 1) we are expecting to lose GB and 2) MON rates Barton as the same as GB. I expect one of those may be true at some point, but that could be Barto
