Toms a Wembley winner

Tom Huddlestone featured for the full 90 minutes at Wembley as England rounded of their group campaign with a 2-0 victory over Portugal to book place in the play-offs for the UEFA European Under-21 Championship.

A James Milner penalty just before half-time and a second-half goal from Gabriel Agbonlahor secured the three points for England. Loan signing Fraizer Campbell replaced Agbonlahor on 76 minutes.
