Sir Alex Ferguson banned for Blackburn Rovers tie

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has been given a two-match touchline ban – meaning he will be absent for the Carling Cup quarter-final tie with Blackburn Rovers – following his row with
referee Mike Dean this month.
